Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement technical specifications for projects based on user requirements as indicated in the scope of work, wireframes, and sitemap documents
- Ensure projects are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements
- Coding websites to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers
- Oversee the development and maintenance of websites, intranets, applications, and other custom programming assignments as applicable
- Provide analysis of current programs which includes performance, diagnosis, troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming
- Stay up to date on industry standards and incorporate them appropriately

Qualifications

We are looking for an exceptional Copywriter. You will be responsible for leading writing projects on brand development, production design and label drafts, building out conceptual and customer-facing language for digital marketing platforms, and contributing to the social media marketing content plan. Duties will also include press releases and website copy.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and write copy for campaigns including (but not limited to) emails, SMS, landing pages, banners, blogs, and other non-digital ad hoc requests
- Manage copywriting development and ideation management for brand architecture
- Collaborate closely with Head of Creative + Brand, Art Directors, Product Managers, and Video Teams, to ensure campaigns are on message and aligned with brand architecture

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. You will work closely with leaders and project managers to conceptualize, design, and update graphics.
Responsibilities
- Uses Adobe Creative Suite and other platforms to conceive, design, layout, and coordinate editorial illustrations and creative artwork in accordance with Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and Flatiron’s branding guidelines
- Works with pursuit team personnel, proposal teams, and other internal clients to conceptualize what they are trying to convey and the best way to visually communicate that information
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to develop and execute innovative graphic concepts for proposals and presentations
- Develops and streamlines theme concepts and creative design (including team logos, proposal templates, packaging, etc.)
- Exercise independent judgment to recommend, develop and present various concepts that drive desired outcomes
- Identifies areas in proposals that warrant compelling graphics in lieu of narratives
- Participates in kickoff and document review meetings
- Communicate with clients, with a consultative and customer service mindset
- Shares ideas with the internal team on best practices around visual designs, usability, and supporting technologies

The Junior SEO Specialist will help carry out initiatives outlined in the SEO roadmap, as well as support the team with day-to-day duties.
