We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. You will work closely with leaders and project managers to conceptualize, design, and update graphics.
Responsibilities
- Uses Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other platforms to conceive, design, layout, and coordinate editorial illustrations and creative artwork under our Client Requirements
- Works with pursuit team personnel, proposal teams, and other internal clients to conceptualize what they are trying to convey and the best way to visually communicate that information
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to develop and execute innovative graphic concepts for proposals and presentations
- Develops and streamlines theme concepts and creative design (including advertising materials, proposal templates, packaging, etc.)
- Exercise independent judgment to recommend, develop and present various concepts that drive desired outcomes
- Identifies areas in proposals that warrant compelling graphics in lieu of narratives
- Participates in kickoff and document review meetings
- Communicate with clients, with a consultative and customer service mindset
- Shares ideas with the internal team on best practices around visual designs, usability, and supporting technologies
- Develops master proposal template(s) for the internal team
- Assist in updating and maintaining training guides, libraries, and other design resources
- Coordinates and assists in the development of marketing materials such as brochures and capabilities briefing material
- Maintains knowledge of Workroom's values and strategic plan
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Graphic Design experience or equivalent
- Knowledgeable about the proposal process and hands-on experience in the development of company templates and frameworks as well as proposal content and graphics concepts
- Experience developing or supporting graphic development, and recommending and implementing best practices
- Demonstrates an understanding and execution of typography and graphic design principles
- Critical attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and active listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Team-oriented attitude: the ability to listen, collaborate, and communicate among colleagues, internal customers, and team partners
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills are required to ensure the timely submission of proposals
- Design portfolio showcasing examples of original designs
We are looking for a keen, creative professional who has a genuine interest in SEO to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
The Junior SEO Specialist will help carry out initiatives outlined in the SEO roadmap, as well as support the team with day-to-day duties.
You will work with the rest of the SEO and marketing teams delivering ad-hoc and project work aligned to the overall SEO and marketing strategy and will report directly to the SEO Executive.
Responsibilities
- Working alongside our SEO Executive, Web Development Team, and Content Manager achieve SEO growth through targeted content and campaigns
- Ownership of the SEO performance across multiple client accounts
- Identify weaknesses within the SEO profile of the website and develop strategies for growth
- Keeping ahead of and reacting to Google Algorithm updates, analyzing changes across the market, and actioning projects as a result/in preparation for these updates
- Researching and prioritizing relevant information to form a content plan with SEO growth within it based both on internal needs and your ideas
- Performing keyword research to identify search opportunities to ensure our brands appear in revenue-driving SERPs
- On-site content optimization (best practice for E-A-T, internal linking, titles, content editing, etc.)
- Briefing technical site improvements, schema, page speed, sitemaps, etc. into product and ensuring they mean all Google guidelines / carrying out technical updates where possible
- Site maintenance (redirects, broken links, site cleanup, duplicate content, etc..)
- Proactively performing on-site audits and implementing improvements ongoing
- Strategize, plan, and coordinate link-building activities
- Create link-building content ideas, angles, and pitches
- Pitch and conduct link-building outreach
- Participate in client meetings and strategy calls
- Work with a diverse team of SEOs to drive results for your clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Internet Marketing, Website Development, Digital Media, Statistics)
- At least one year of relevant work experience in SEO Intermediate experience working directly with SEO campaign management
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and web display knowledge (HTML, CSS)
- In-depth experience with website analytics and SEO tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Ahrefs)
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- A genuine passion for marketing with a demonstrable interest in SEO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, creative, and analytical abilities
- Team player, able to work with your peers in a collaborative manner
