Challenge

Spielgaben, an educational toy brand based in Australia, launched its first crowdfunding campaign on Pozible — and reached only 32% of its goal. Despite a high-quality product and strong purpose, the campaign lacked direction, strategy, and consistent traffic.

As the deadline closed in, founder Jim Kim reached out to us to take over — and lead a full relaunch that could deliver the results they originally aimed for.

The Goal

Our goal was to turn a failed campaign into a breakout success — and do it fast. But more than just raising funds, this project needed to validate product demand, rebuild audience trust, and position Spielgaben as a credible, premium educational brand in both local and international markets. We weren’t just after backers — we were building momentum for the future.

The Strategy

We created a full-funnel digital strategy focused on acquisition, engagement, and conversion. From segmentation and content to CRO, influencers, and community, every piece of the system worked toward a unified goal: turn awareness into trust, and trust into funding. This wasn’t a single-channel campaign — it was a coordinated launch ecosystem built for scale.

What We Did

Market Segmentation

We analyzed customer data, conducted interviews, and reviewed behavior patterns to define the most responsive audiences. From there, we expanded targeting beyond Australia to the US and UK, focusing on parents and educators most likely to convert.

Campaign & Landing Page Optimization

We simplified the crowdfunding page to focus on product value, reviews, and FAQs — making it easier for users to fund. Alongside it, we launched a separate landing page to capture leads from social media and referral traffic.

Social Content & Promotion

We built a social strategy using a mix of engagement posts and direct-response content. This helped educate users, build trust, and drive consistent traffic to the campaign. We also partnered with relevant Facebook groups to increase organic visibility.

Influencer Outreach

We identified credible parenting and education bloggers with engaged audiences. They reviewed the product, promoted the campaign, and shared with their networks — providing high-trust exposure at key moments in the launch window.

Product Seeding & Trust Building

We sent Spielgaben sets to select parents and educators in exchange for honest feedback and reviews. This created authentic user-generated content that added credibility and boosted conversions during and after the campaign.
